Due to recommendations from the CDC and the Louisiana Department of Health, we have adjusted our normal infection control protocols to aid in reducing the spread of COVID-19. Our staff members will wear protective masks and gloves during all patient encounters. We will work to ensure that proper social distancing measures are being followed. Patients are welcome to wait in their vehicle while waiting to be called in for their appointment, and we are requesting that only the patient enters the exam rooms unless the patient is a minor or requires assistance from a caregiver. As usual, exam rooms and exam equipment will be sanitized between all patient encounters and counter-tops, doorknobs, and waiting area seating will be cleaned multiple times throughout the day.
